The Reservations feature in Perfecto allows you to reserve devices for immediate or future use, ensuring device availability for your testing needs. The Reservations view provides a calendar interface for managing, viewing, and editing reservations.
This feature is available only in select enterprise clouds. If device reservations are enabled in your cloud, you can create a reservation from the Manual Testing view when you open a device. In some clouds, the self-service reservation interface can be hidden while retaining API-based reservations for automation. To learn more, see Hide the self-service reservation interface.

Access to Perfecto with the Reservations feature enabled.

Appropriate user permissions. Administrator privileges are required to manage reservations for other users.
Limitations

Reservations are retained for 90 days by default. To change the retention period, contact Perfecto Support.

The Reservations feature is not available in all clouds.
