Use multi-touch gestures on Apple devices with assistive touch
When working with assistive touch on iOS devices, you should be able to simulate multi-touch gestures, such as 3-finger swiping. To enable multi-touch gestures, you need to turn on and use the assistive touch option. Here is how you can work with 2, 3, or 4 finger simulated responses.

To use multi-touch gestures:

Open the AssistiveTouch menu and tap on Devices > More > Gestures.

Select the number of fingers associated with the gesture you want to make.

When the circles appear on the device screen, swipe or drag in the direction required by your gesture.

When you are done, tap the menu button.
