Sometimes websites and applications that open in the Chrome web browser will be tested against Perfecto devices and Desktops. These could cause the Chrome browser to crash, and its crash logs might be required for troubleshooting of the problem. This log is not collected by Perfecto and should be obtained from the device itself.

To enable the Chrome crash logs, follow these steps:
- Go to chrome://settings/syncSetup.
- Make sure Automatically sends usage statistics and crash reports to Google is enabled. Changing the setting requires that you restart the browser.
- Go to chrome://crashes/ to retrieve the crash logs.
