You encounter the following error message:
"Status: HANDSET_USAGE_ERROR: setElementValue command failed. Reason: handset server: cannot get result. "
Solution
This usually means that the Perfecto Lab was upgraded but the app was not reinstalled with instrumentation. If the app isn't reinstalled (best practice after an upgrade), you will get all sorts of errors with element functions trying to execute.
