Delete a web certificate to remove it from the list and prevent its use on Windows desktop web devices. Perform this task when a certificate is no longer needed or has expired.
Perform the following steps:

In the Web Certificates view, on the toolbar above the table, select Delete.

In the Delete certificate dialog box, confirm by selecting Yes.
