Export devices to a CSV file

Export devices when you need to analyze data outside Perfecto or share it with others.

CSV exports include all available columns, regardless of which columns are displayed in the table. If you don’t see a column you expect, confirm your role (admin vs. lab admin) because available columns can vary by role.

Filtering the device list before export can help narrow down which devices appear in the file.

Perform the following steps:

  1. In the Devices view, apply any filters you need.

  2. At the top right of the table, click Download CSV.

  3. Save the file to your computer.

  4. Open the file in a spreadsheet application to review the data.

    The file uses commas as separators. If your system is set up to use a different List Separator (Windows) or Decimal Seperator (Mac), such as a colon or semi-colon, update your system settings to ensure the file opens correctly.
