Manage cradles

Restriction: This view is only available to Lab admin users.

Under Assets & Setup > Admin > Cradles, lab admins can view and manage cradles for all devices.

The Cradles tab displays a table that lists detailed information like cradle id, cradle status, device iD, template name, and so on. A tool icon on the top right corner allows you to customize the table by adding or removing columns.

The top right pane has an option to search specific cradles. The top left pane shows the number of cradles.

You can use the toolbar above the table to restart cradles or kill the existing cradles.

You can refresh the Cradles view by clicking the refresh button  at the top right. The Updated timestamp shows the time that the view was last refreshed.

This section walks you through common tasks related to cradles. Click a task to view its steps.

  1. On the Perfecto landing page, under Assets & Setup, click ACCOUNT SETUP.

  2. In the Assets and Setup view, click Admin.

    By default, the Admin view opens on the Users tab.

  3. At the top left, click CRADLES.

  1. On the toolbar above the table, click Restart cradle .

  2. In the Restart cradle dialog box, click YES to confirm your action.

  1. On the toolbar above the table, click kill .

  2. In the Kill cradle dialog box, click YES to confirm your action.
