Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where single quotes (') in JSON file values were incorrectly converted to Unicode characters.

Upgrade to Quantum 3.2.8

1. If upgrading from a 1.x version of Quantum, review and apply the changes outlined in the Quantum 3.0.0 release notes.

2. Update the quantum.version property in the project's pom.xml file to 3.2.8 or the latest version available on Maven Central.
