You can manually resize an open device by diagonally dragging the handle in the lower right. This is helpful, for example, if you need to focus on small text or another element on the screen. If the device boundaries exceed the screen boundaries, a scroll bar appears on the right. By default, a device opens to the maximum size of the screen.
Rotating the device maintains the zoom level unless there is not enough room, in which case the device resizes to fit the available space.
If needed, you can use the frame to drag the device to a different location.

To resize a device:

At the bottom right, click and hold the resize handle

Drag diagonally across the screen to either zoom in or zoom out.
To move the device:

Click and hold anywhere in the white frame around the device.
