Create a project

Perform the following procedure to quickly create a new project with a basic test. When done, continue with Add a test step on the fly. 

When creating the project, keep in mind the following:

• The data center you choose determines the browser and platform versions you can select.

• Scriptless Web supports the latest version of all standard browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge.

• For mobile devices, you can select portrait or landscape orientation.

To create a new project:

1. In the top menu, click My Projects.
2. Click ADD NEW PROJECT.

3. In the Add new project dialog box, specify the project name, the name of the first test in the project, and the URL of the application you want to test.

4. Click the pencil icon to select a Web or Mobile Web platform.

   Scriptless Web allows you to create and execute tests on a virtual mobile device. You can select any virtual mobile device supported by Perfecto for test creation and execution.

5. Click START BUILDING TEST.
