Enabling or disabling part of the execution is only possible through the canvas, in Advanced Mode. It involves the selected step and all subsequent steps, including the last test step.
You can disable a part of the execution without making any structural changes to the test. After disabling part of the execution, the test flow remains intact.
You can enable or disable a step and all subsequent steps by clicking a toggle icon at the first step you want to enable or disable. A test execution includes or excludes the group of steps depending on the selection performed with the toggle icon.
To enable or disable group of steps:
- Access the canvas.
- In Advanced Mode, select the first step of the group of steps you want to enable or disable.
- At the bottom left of the test step, click the Disable or enable steps icon
. - Save your changes.
