Remove an element's binding through the canvas

If you need to remove an element's binding to re-identify it in the application, you can do so either on the fly or through the canvas.

To remove an element's binding:

1. Click the step that contains the element whose binding you want to remove.
2. At the top right of the test step, click the three dots icon .

3. In the Settings dialog box that opens, on the Bindings tab, click Remove > All Bindings.

   Note:

   Clicking All Bindings completes the action. The system does not prompt you for confirmation, and canceling out of the dialog box does not reverse the action.

4. Close the dialog box.
