Add a custom failure reason

Add a custom failure reason when your organization needs a label that is not provided by the system. Custom reasons must map to an existing category and are limited in number. You can add up to 15 custom reasons.

Perform the following steps:

  1. In the Failure reasons view, scroll to the bottom and select Add another failure reason.

  2. In the Failure reason column, enter the name (max 25 characters).

  3. In the Color column, select a color.

  4. In the Category column, select a category from the list.

  5. To save the custom failure reason, select the check mark. Perfecto assigns a unique ID.
