Org groups let you organize users into logical segments for administration and access control. They also play a role in license management for enterprise clouds. When working with org groups, keep the following key points in mind:

A user can belong to only one org group at a time. Assigning a user to a new org group removes them from the previous one.

In enterprise (private) clouds, org groups may control license allocation. Licenses can be assigned at the org group level instead of the tenant level.

License requests are checked first against org group entitlement, then tenant-level entitlement.

License assignments are managed outside the Users view. To allocate licenses to specific org groups, create the org groups first and then contact Perfecto Support.
