Change a step's action

You can change the action of a step at any time. This article explains how. For a list of actions, see Action categories.

To change a step's action:

1. Access the canvas.
2. In Basic Mode, click the test step whose action you want to edit.
3. Double-click the configured action, for example Keyboard Input. The field becomes writable.
4. Click the downward arrow and select a different action from the list.
