Generate .HAR files in an interactive session

When a cloud is enabled to generate .HAR files for every execution, you can attach these files to any manual interactive testing session you start.

Restriction: This option is only available when the feature to generate .HAR files for every run is enabled for your cloud. For details, contact Perfecto Support.

Step-by-step guide

To activate the generation of .HAR files:

  1. Open a device.

  2. On the dedicated device tab, on the device toolbar, click the network virtualization icon .

  3. In the Network virtualization dialog box, select a network profile.

  4. Perform your testing.

  5. In the Network virtualization dialog box, click Reset.

  6. At the end of the test, copy the execution report URL.

  7. Download the network files as you would for an automation run that had network virtualization enabled. For details, see Retrieve a HAR file.
